Registration
The registration fee includes participation, accommodation of two nights and food during the congress.
The food included will be:
- Breakfast, provided on the 27th and 28th of June
- Also included is a dinner on June 26th and June 27th
- Lunch at all days
- Light snacks during coffee breaks

General terms and conditions
Free cancellation is possible until May 26, 2024 (20% service fee will be retained). No refund is possible after May 26, 2024. Only written cancellations are accepted.
It is also possible to arrive a day in advance if you have a long journey. If you would like to arrive on June 25th, there will be additional costs for accommodation and food.
You will receive your registration confirmation after receipt of payment.
